  • Turmeric Powder
  • CONTAINS NUTS & GLUTEN: Cashew nuts & Wheat products.

Directions for Use:

  1. Pour the contents of Priya Oats Richealth Upma Mix 200g into a pan.
  2. Add 600ml of water and mix well to avoid lumps.
  3. Cook on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until the Upma is cooked to your preference.
