Our founder, a mother of two, recognized the challenges of finding specific products from South Asia in Canada. The idea was born out of personal experience and the desire to make these products easily accessible to others in similar situations.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Yes, we on occasions offer first-time shoppers a special discount upon Sign up for our newsletter and would receive your welcome promo code. Please ensure the mail is not in spam or junk folder if you not receiving any emails from us and kindly add the address to your safe senders list.

Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the order. However, we offer free shipping on orders above $x amount and even special promotional free shipping on specific products or lowered minimum order threshold for free shipping.
How long does it typically take for an order to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days, from there orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping options. You have the option to choose from various shipping rates and express delivery options that are offered by our shipping partners to meet your time requirements. Our free shipping option normally aims to ship by the economic / standard options.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website to track your order's progress.

Returns & Refunds:
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, except for safety/hygiene-sensitive category items. Products should be unused in their original condition with original packaging. If any issues or concerns, please contact us with your order number to obtain assistance.

- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Are all products sourced only directly from India or other countries as well?
Currently, our primary products are from India imported by us or through our trusted importing partners. However, we're expanding our range to include items from other countries soon and currently working to source from UK, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and more.

What are the timings for local pickup?
Local pickups are available based on appointment only, there are 15 mins pickup slots allocated which must be picked at the shopping cart before selecting pickup option at the checkout.
Are there any specific protocols customers need to follow for local pickups?
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid Photo ID for verification. If you plan to send someone else to pickup on behalf of you, then please mention their full name in the order section and they can pickup with the confirmation email and their ID.
